We stayed at Villa Kropak in mid-January 2025 and booked their Honeymoon Suite. The room was spacious and clean, with a huge bathroom. The building has that authentic Balinese charm that we absolutely loved.

The pool is large and offers an incredible view of the rice fields — a beautiful spot to relax. We were actually the only guests at the time, so it felt extra peaceful.

Service was great, and the manager was very friendly and welcoming. I also tried their massage service — it was good !

There’s a bit of construction next door, but honestly, it didn’t really bother us.

One big plus: there’s a nice café and restaurant just across the street, which was super convenient.

Overall, a very relaxing and memorable stay! 🫶

Unfortunately, my room was a bit dated and smelled slightly musty, probably due to the high humidity. Nevertheless, the outdoor shower was a real highlight. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, and the hotel's location was simply perfect—ideal for exploring the surrounding area. Despite minor issues, I felt comfortable overall.

A perfect destination in a corner of paradise in Bali.

A perfect destination to escape the chaos of overcrowded and over-touristed areas! Sidemen is a true natural gem that deserves to remain as it is today. Villa Kropak is a superb place to stay, outside the town, with a stunning view of the rice paddies. The welcome is sumptuous, the service impeccable. A true haven of relaxation. We wish we could have stayed longer. The manager, Puja, is wonderful and speaks excellent French, which allowed us to chat with him and learn about his local culture. Go without hesitation.
The only minor drawback, completely unrelated to Villa Kropak (but not really a problem), is the construction work at the neighboring villas, but nothing alarming.

A real hidden gem. Balinese style. Lovely staff, great breakfast. Only a few rooms, very quaint. Overlooks the paddy fields and is walking distance from some amazing restaurants and cafes. Would stay again!

This place was amazing! And the staff were very attentive to our needs. There were only 3 units to rent here and we took the Family Suite (2 Bedrooms) as it was the only one available for our last minute booking.

Breakfast was so good, and the pool was very clean. Jumped in the water immediately after checking in!

The place is also right in front of the samanvaya strip and there are a lot of warungs and restaurants nearby. Best place to just chill and relax in slow and peaceful sidemen

A beautiful place! It is quiet and peaceful with gorgeous views. My room was spacious with a big outdoor bathroom. There are a few good restaurants close by and you can also have dinner at the hotel.
The nice and kind staf helps you with guides and activities as well as transport when you need it.
I truly recommend this place when you visit Sideman and would love to come back.

Nice villa with beautiful scenery and great pool. Service was very nice and kind and we had delicious breakfast. The room was also nice but in the door are big holes so there are lots of ants and insect in the room but as we saw in another villas it is normal in Bali. In this locations there is nothing much to do, but we had a great in villa, it is very calm there. In front of the villa there is great restaurant Asri.
